Undergraduate thesis defense, majoring in Vietnamese studies

On May 4 and 5, 2021, the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities held an Assessment Council for the May 2021 graduation thesis for Vietnamese students majoring in Tourism and Travel. Tourism and Tourism Management (High Quality Program) and Tourism and Tourism Management (Standard Program).

Thesis assessment was established including lecturers from Ton Duc Thang University, Ho Chi Minh City University of Social Sciences and Humanities (National University of Ho Chi Minh City), Ho Chi Minh City Open University, University of Finance - Marketing and Saigon Giai Phong Newspaper.

The thesis topics have many practical meanings and meet the criteria of basic scientific research. The thesis defense session was lively and exciting with many profound comments and suggestions from the Thesis Council as well as confident responses with lots of useful information from the authors/students. The undergraduate thesis defense of the academic year 2020-2021 ended successfully with many good impressions.

Results from the Council:

Topic: “Effects of tourist' trust in government performance and perceived risk from Covid-19 pandemic to travel intentions” conducted by student Duong Thien Tam (High Quality Class, Tourism and Tourism Management) is graded Excellent;

04 topics are classified as Very good;

05 topics are rated Good.
