The 9th Traditional Arts Festival of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities for the Academic Year 2024–2025 with the Theme “Singing from the Heart”
On April 1, 2025, the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities successfully organized the Grand Finale of its 9th Traditional Arts Festival, themed "Singing from the Heart," with the participation of distinguished guests, faculty members, and students.
The panel of judges for the Final Round included:
- Mr. Vu Pham Tin – Officer, Department of Student Affairs
- Ms. Huynh Thanh – Leader of the Singing Team, Ton Duc Thang University (TSC)
- Mr. Lu Phuc Luc Hoa – Top 6 finalist of the "Shining Dreams" Contest Season 2 (2023), and Promising Vocalist at the National Student Singing Contest 2023
Following the preliminary round, the Organizing Committee selected the Top 12 outstanding contestants to compete in the Final Round, grouped into the following teams:
- Team of Coaches Nguyen Huong Quynh & Nguyen Thuy Hoang Yen:
Contestants: Phan Ngo Bao Han, Nguyen Chi Nguyen, Tran Truong Huu Phuoc, Tran Dang Hong Truc - Team of Coaches Nguyen Duc Cao & Tran Duc Sang:
Contestants: Nguyen Ngoc Anh Thu, Le Nguyen Minh Thao, Nguyen Thi Ka Diem, Nguyen Tuan Du - Team of Coaches Nguyen Ngoc Lan Huong & Nguyen Ngoc Bao Han:
Contestants: Nguyen Tran Nhat Huy, Do Thi Ngoc Trinh, Tran Thao Vy, Ngo Tan Cuong
After a series of remarkable performances and careful scoring by the jury, the results were as follows:
- First Prize: Team of Coaches Nguyen Duc Cao & Tran Duc Sang
- Second Prize: Team of Coaches Nguyen Ngoc Lan Huong & Nguyen Ngoc Bao Han
- Third Prize: Team of Coaches Nguyen Huong Quynh & Nguyen Thuy Hoang Yen
The Grand Finale was a resounding success, demonstrating the spirit, dedication, and enthusiastic efforts of the Organizing Committee, the panel of judges, the coaches, and especially the contestants. The event featured elaborately choreographed performances, diverse in presentation and profound in content, characterized by high artistic value and creativity. It made a meaningful contribution to the Faculty’s cultural and artistic activities.
