Alumni–Student Networking and Seminar Program 2025: Theme – “Companionship and Development”

On June 28, 2025, the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities organized the Alumni–Student Networking and Seminar Program under the theme “Companionship and Development.” The event aimed to bridge generations of students, offering current students valuable insights into real-world experiences while fostering opportunities for connection and shared values within their academic fields.

The program was honored by the presence of alumni from diverse professional backgrounds, alongside the Faculty Leadership Board, faculty members, and more than 40 students. The event began with an opening address by Dr. Pham Thi Ha Thuong, Dean of the Faculty, who emphasized the importance of maintaining connections between student generations and the invaluable support alumni can provide to both the university and its current students.

The seminar segment received enthusiastic attention, as alumni shared their career journeys, academic and professional challenges, and practical experiences that have contributed to their current success. Their inspiring stories provided students with a clearer understanding of career development pathways and future planning.

Moreover, students had the opportunity to raise questions and receive practical advice on academic performance, career orientation, and the development of soft skills and foreign language competencies—key factors in today's competitive job market.

The program concluded with sincere thanks from the Faculty Leadership to the alumni for their support and a commitment to continue organizing meaningful activities that connect generations of students. More than just a networking opportunity, the event served as a vital platform to inspire and empower students as they pursue their goals for the future.
