Closing Ceremony of the Short-Term Study Program for Students from Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University (Thailand)

On the morning of June 13, 2025, the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities (FSSH), Ton Duc Thang University, held the closing ceremony of the short-term study program for students from Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University (NPRU), Thailand. This meaningful event marked the achievements gained through the academic and cultural exchange between the two institutions.

Throughout the program, NPRU students actively participated in a variety of academic activities, most notably a communicative English course and a thematic module on Vietnamese culture. These dynamic and engaging classes helped enhance their language skills while deepening their understanding of Vietnamese people, customs, and cultural life.

The learning experience was further enriched through group activities and cultural exchanges with students of FSSH. These interactions provided valuable opportunities for international students to immerse themselves in a multicultural, friendly, and open learning environment, helping them build friendships and establish long-term international connections.

Alongside classroom activities, field trips to iconic historical and cultural sites in Ho Chi Minh City, including Notre-Dame Cathedral, the Central Post Office, the Independence Palace, and Do Phu Café. These visits provided them with memorable and meaningful real-life experiences.

During the ceremony, representatives of the NPRU student delegation expressed heartfelt gratitude to the faculty members and students of FSSH for their warm welcome, thoughtful care, and dedicated support throughout the program. These cherished memories will surely become a valuable part of each student's academic and personal journey.

The FSSH believes that this short-term study program not only brought practical value to students but also contributed to strengthening the international cooperation between the two institutions. The Faculty remains committed to welcoming international student delegations for future study and cultural exchange programs.
