A cultural exchange program with lecturers and students of the University of Bonn, Germany

In the afternoon of September 7, 2023, the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities (FSSH) organized a cultural exchange program with lecturers and students of the University of Bonn, Germany. Accompanying the University of Bonn, there were the attendance of Prof. Großmann Kristina – Head of the Department of Southeast Asian Anthropology with Ms. Sklebis Angelika, Vu Trang Dai, Nguyen Xuan Hang, Hua Tuyet Mai and 07 students; About Ton Duc Thang University, there was the participation of M.A. Pham Thi Ha Thuong – Acting Dean of the FSSH and Researchers who are Heads, Deputy Departments, lecturers and more than 40 students of the Faculty.

The content of the program is organized in 2 parts:

The first part of meeting (room B010) is the topics on Vietnamese culture, Vietnamese coffee culture and practicing Vietnamese communication sentence patterns - with the sharing of M.A. Truong Tran Hoang Phuc, M.A. Pham Thi Thu Ha and M.A. Nguyen Duc Long.

The second part at the connecting hall of G and F buildings is the activities of cultural exchange, coffee preparation instruction, Vietnamese calligraphy by M.A. Nguyen Hieu Tin, M.A. Pham Cong Danh and M.A. Nguyen Duc Long.

In addition, within the framework of the cultural exchange, the FSSH (TDTU) and the University of Bonn, Germany discussed cooperation programs such as: co-organizing research and co-organizing the international conference ISSH 2024. The exchange opened up the cooperation between the FSSH and University of Bonn as well as prospects for cooperation in the future./.
