Faculty Council Evaluates Student Research Proposals for the Academic Year 2025–2026
On October 28, 2025, the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities organized the Evaluation Council for Student Research Proposals at the faculty level for the Academic Year 2025–2026. The meeting took place at Room B010, Ton Duc Thang University.
The Council was composed of Dr. Le Hai Thanh – Chair (specializing in Sociology), Dr. Le Hong Vuong – Vice Chair (specializing in Tourism Management), Dr. Nguyen Minh Huan – Secretary (specializing in Management Science), and Dr. Le Anh Vu – Member (specializing in Social Work).
During the session, the Council reviewed and evaluated 33 research proposals submitted by students from various academic programs within the Faculty. As a result, 24 proposals were approved for their feasibility and potential to be developed into full student research projects to be submitted for the University-level consideration.
The evaluation session took place in an engaging and scholarly atmosphere, reflecting the students’ serious and creative research spirit as well as the guidance and support of faculty advisors. This event marks an important starting point in encouraging students to enhance their research capabilities, connect theory with practice, and contribute innovative ideas to the field of social sciences and humanities.
