Faculty Members Deliver Guest Lectures at Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University, Thailand
As part of the study and exchange program in Thailand for students of the Vietnam Studies program, majoring in Tourism and Tourism Management, on July 11, 2026, three lecturers from the Tourism Department, Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities (FSSH), Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU)—Dr. Nguyen Thi Bich Dao, MSc. Huynh Thi Anh Hong, and MSc. Le Thi Kim Ngoan—were invited by Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University (NPRU) to deliver guest lectures for students of the Tourism and Hospitality program under the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences.
The lecture series focused on introducing an overview of Vietnam’s tourism industry, Vietnamese culinary culture, and the cultural heritage of the Mekong Delta. The sessions attracted the participation of 40 students. Through the lectures and interactive discussions, NPRU students gained deeper insights into Vietnam’s tourism potential, cultural identity, and distinctive cultural values.
This academic activity not only strengthened scholarly exchange between the two institutions but also provided an opportunity for FSSH lecturers at TDTU to share their expertise and teaching experience in an international academic environment. Furthermore, it fostered greater interaction and collaboration among faculty members, contributing to the continued development of the sustainable partnership between TDTU and NPRU.
