Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities Welcomes Delegation of Lecturers and Students from Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (Malaysia) to Participate in ISSH 2026
On the morning of June 11, 2026, the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities (FSSH), Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU), welcomed a delegation of lecturers and students from Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (UniSZA), Malaysia, to participate in activities within the framework of the 4th International Conference on Innovations in the Social Sciences and Humanities - 2026 (ISSH 2026).
The UniSZA delegation consisted of one faculty member serving as Head of Delegation and 30 students. During their visit, the delegation attended the conference opening ceremony, listened to keynote speeches delivered by international scholars, and participated in various paper presentation and academic discussion sessions across multiple disciplines.
Through their participation in the conference, UniSZA students had the opportunity to explore emerging research trends, engage in academic exchanges with scholars, lecturers, and students from different countries, and broaden their understanding of contemporary social issues in the context of digital transformation and globalization.
On the afternoon of the same day, the FSSH organized a cultural exchange program involving the UniSZA delegation, together with lecturers and students of the Faculty. The program was conducted in a vibrant and friendly atmosphere, featuring a variety of cultural exchange activities and presentations on student life, customs, traditions, and distinctive cultural characteristics of Vietnam and Malaysia.
The activity not only strengthened mutual understanding, connection, and interaction between students from the two universities but also provided valuable opportunities for participants to develop intercultural communication skills and enhance their global competencies. It also served as a meaningful initiative to promote future cooperation between the FSSH and UniSZA in the areas of education, scientific research, and student exchange programs.
