Grand Finale of the “Vietnamese Language Speech Contest” – A Journey of Cultural Connection
On the evening of April 15, 2025, the grand finale of the “Vietnamese Language Speech Contest” took place in a vibrant and emotional atmosphere at Ton Duc Thang University. The event was organized by the Vietnamese Language Club under the Department of Vietnamese Studies, Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities. The contest drew enthusiastic participation from a large number of students and faculty members.
During the finale, contestants showcased their Vietnamese language skills through three engaging segments: presentations on topics related to Vietnamese language, culture, and history; a crossword challenge featuring questions about heritage, cuisine, and traditional festivals; and finally, a talent performance – where each contestant had the chance to “shine” in their own unique way.

More than just a language competition, the “Vietnamese Language Speech Contest” was a journey of exploration, where international students offered fresh and insightful perspectives on Vietnam – the country where they are currently living and studying. Each presentation and performance reflected meticulous preparation, confident delivery, and sincere affection for Vietnamese culture.
