Initiation Ceremony of the Vietnam Student Association’ Member

In order to develop a powerful association, it is a routine objective to welcome and support new members each year. It advances, enhances, and boosts standards as well as the morale of both the association and new students. In this regard, the F.SSH’s Student Association Branches solemnly hosted a ceremony on 5th December, 2022, to initiate new students enrolled in the 2022–2023 AY.

Every year, initiation and fostering new members is a regular mission that has significant meaning in building a strong association. It develops and improves the quality and raises the spirit for not only the association but also new students. F.SSH Student Association Branches is very honored to welcome MSc. Pham Thi Ha Thuong , the Acting Dean of F.SSH, lecturers who serve as advisors for new students, and more than 400 students at the initiation ceremony.

Following the formalities, Comrade Truong Thi Minh Thu - Vice President of the Student Association Branches of F.SSH, the representative of the Program Organizing Committee, read and presented the decision to admit members to the 09 affiliated Student Associations. At the same time, representatives of Student Association branches were given the Vietnamese Student Association’s Badge and membership Card by Mr. Tran Khac Minh Tuan - President of the Student Association branches of F.SSH to prove their efforts when being initisted in the Vietnamese Student Association.

Then, new members reviewed the traditions of Student's Day and the Vietnam Student Association (9 January, 1950 – 9 January, 2023). When they join the Vietnam Student Association, it helps to raise their political awareness, makes them proud of their party's revolutionary tradition and President Ho Chi Minh's thought, and reminds them of their role, position, and responsibilities.

Finally, the initiated members were introduced to the content of striving for training to win the title of "Student of Five Merits," the Vietnam Student Association's noble title.
The initiation ceremony for new members of the Vietnamese Students Association 2022–2023 AY took place successfully.
