Orientation Program for Jogjakarta Montessori Middle School, Indonesia at TDTU

On the morning of May 6, 2025, at meeting room B010, the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities (FSSH), in collaboration with the Faculty of Law, Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU), organized an orientation program for teachers and students from Jogjakarta Montessori Middle School, Indonesia.

Representing the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities were Dr. Pham Thi Ha Thuong – Dean; Dr. Nguyen Minh Huan – Dean’s Assistant; Dr. Nguyen Thi Bich Dao – Vice Head of the Department of Tourism; and Dr. Pham Thai Son – Vice Head of the Department of Tourism at TDTU’s Khanh Hoa Campus. From the Faculty of Law, Mr. Chau Bao Anh – Vice Dean, also joined the session.

From Jogjakarta Montessori Middle School, the delegation was led by Ms. Rengganis Istikasari – Principal, and Ms. Christina Anggita – accompanying teacher.

During the session, both parties exchanged information on academic programs, teaching methodologies, international learning models, and discussed potential areas for academic cooperation between TDTU and Jogjakarta Montessori. The orientation marked another step in strengthening ties between the two institutions, paving the way for promising student exchange programs and collaborative experiential learning activities in the future.

Following the orientation, the visiting students toured Ton Duc Thang University and the Vietnam-Finland International School (VFIS), where they had the opportunity to experience the vibrant and modern learning environment at TDTU.
