Seminar "Theory of Postmodernism and Postmodernism in Vietnam" with Prof. Dr. Le Huy Bac (Hanoi National University of Education)

On July 12, 2022, the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities (Ton Duc Thang University) held a seminar on a scientific topic: "Theory of Postmodernism and Postmodernism in Vietnam.”

The seminar guest is Prof. Dr. Le Huy Bac, Dean of Faculty of Vietnamese Studies, Hanoi National University of Education (#551-600 in Asian University Rankings). He has published 18 monographs, textbooks, and over 150 domestic and international research articles in Narrative Studies, Postmodernism, Literary Semiotics, Cultural Comparatives, American Literature...

At the seminar, lecturers of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities and Prof. Dr. Le Huy Bac exchanged information and research results on Postmodernism in the world and Vietnam. The seminar discussed the process of formation and development of postmodern theory in the world, postmodern characteristics in society and art, and the impact and results of postmodern characteristics in Vietnamese modern literature…
