The Seventh Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Congress Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities Term 2024 – 2027

On the morning of May 25^th, 2024 the Executive Committee of the Sixth Youth Union of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, convened the Seventh Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Congress of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, term 2024 – 2027

The Congress was to welcome Comrade Tran Le Anh Huy – the Vietnamese Communist Party Commissioner, Secretary of the Youth Union of Ton Duc Thang University, Deputy Head of the Department of Student Affairs. Students attended the Congress; Pham Thi Ha Thuong, Msc – Acting Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities. And the attendance of more than 70 delegates representing over 2000 members of the Youth Union of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities at the Congress.

The Congress summarized the results of the implementation of the Resolution of the Sixth Congress, identified key tasks in the Youth Union's work and the youth movement of Faculty for the period 2024 – 2027. With the democratic and highly responsible spirit, the Congress has elected 09 comrades to the Faculty’s Youth Union Executive Committee. At the First Conference of the Executive Committee, 03 comrades were elected to the Standing Committee. Comrade Tran Quang Huywas elected the Secretary of the Faculty’s Youth Union. Comrade Duong Huynh Giaowas elected the Deputy Secretary of the Faculty’s Youth Union. A delegation was elected to attend the Seventh Congress of the University’s Youth Union.

The Congress took place successfully.
