Tourism and Tourism Management Students from Ton Duc Thang University Participate in Study Program in Thailand

From June 8 to 13, 2025, more than 80 students from the High-Quality Program major in Tourism and Tourism Management under the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities at Ton Duc Thang University participated in a study program in Thailand.

As a key component of the program, students enrolled in the Tourism Management Practice course at Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University (NPRU), under the instruction of MSc. Pimchanok Mulmit. The course offered valuable knowledge on tourism destination management, while also fostering a dynamic and interactive learning environment where students could exchange perspectives and explore sustainable tourism practices grounded in environmental, cultural, and community values.

Beyond classroom learning, students participated in various field trips and hands-on training activities. Highlights included a visit to Neera Retreat Hotel, a premium resort renowned for its nature-based and sustainable development model. They also engaged in cultural exchange events with NPRU students, explored major shopping centers in Bangkok, and enjoyed snorkeling at Samaesarn Island, near Pattaya City.

The program was carefully structured to enhance both academic knowledge and practical skills in tourism management, while offering valuable insights into Thailand, a leading tourism destination in Southeast Asia.
