Training qualitative research methods and writing scientific reports for students of Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities

In order to improve the efficiency of students' scientific research activities, the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities organized training sessions related to scientific research methods and writing scientific reports for students' scientific groups in the academic year 2021-2022.

The first Training session on qualitative research methods related to questioning techniques, how to conduct in-depth interviews with research objects. It was presented and guided by MA. Nguyen Thi Thu Trang, Lecturer in Sociology, Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities at 9:00 on March 27, 2022. MA. Nguyen Thi Thu Trang is a lecturer with many years of experience in research and teaching related to qualitative research methods.

The second training session on writing a scientific report is related to how to effectively present the contents of the research report, especially in how to write the research motivation, literature review, research methods, results and citing references. The content of this training session was conducted by MSc. Duong Thi Minh Phuong, lecturer of Tourism Department, Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities and were held at 15:00 on April 17, 2022. MSc. Duong Thi Minh Phuong is a lecturer with many years of experience in research and teaching related to tourism and the environment.

Although the training sessions were held online through the Google meeting tool, they attracted all students of the research groups to participate and discuss actively. Here are some pictures from the training session:
