- Advocacy and consultation skills for clients;

- Management skills and social work project construction;

- Designing tools to collect information in social work research by quantitative method (Questionnaires / Opinion table) and qualitative information (Develop interview questions and observations).

- Write reports and practice logs in accordance with the process of social work regulations;

- Proficient use of skills in social work when approaching and receiving clients;

- Know to use SPSS software to process quantitative data;

- Knowing to process qualitative data;
