Notice of students participating in graduation ceremony in April 2019

1. Time and place:

Official time: 7:00 am to 12:00 pm, April 26th, 2019
Location: Hall A, Ton Duc Thang University

2. Graduation cost: 250.000VND/student

Collection time: 16th -19th of April 2019
Directly at the Finance Department: A0007

3. Expenses for using vestments and taking photos:

Take photos for each student only: 10.000VND/student (receive photos after 10 days)
Cleaning fee and tie: 60.000VND/set
Deposit of the dress: 500.000VND/set (will be returned to the student after paying the dress)

4. Students who register for the Graduation Ceremony must ensure:

Attend the General Approval 8:00 on April 25th, 2019 (if ranked up to receive the previous degree)
Present at the Hall for the ceremony at 6:30 pm on Friday, April 26th, 2019 (if arranged for a previous degree) or at the scheduled time if accepted later.
Compulsory clothing: Men wear a white shirt, a red tie (played with ceremonial), dark trousers, black shoes; Female wears a white shirt, red tie (played with ceremonial), dark trousers, black shoes
Note: Absolutely do not wear jeans, tight pants; Do not wear sports shoes, sandals.

Registration period from the date of the notice to the end of 22:00 on April 19th, 2019.
After this time, additional registration will not be accepted (except for additional graduation consideration cases).
